About Tj

Tj Power

Author, neuroscientist and speaker.
As a neuroscientist Tj is fascinated by investigating and further understanding dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins through the lense of improving our mental and physical health. Tj holds an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree, with a concentration on psychology, health science, and neuroscience. He further enhanced his academic contributions by lecturing at Exeter University, where he developed a distinctive component of a third-year module focused on the neuroscience of mindfulness alongside publishing a paper in the Journal of Cognition. Tj has delivered over 350 live neuroscience education events at prestigious establishments that include Oxford University and the NHS. Alongside these academic and professional involvements, Tj founded Neurify, a neuroscience research and education company that has been running for over four years and has supported over 40,000 individuals. Tj’s profound commitment to neuroscience is also evident through the authoring of his recent book that amalgamates over 200 research studies, culminating in the development of the The DOSE Effect, a pioneering neuroscience research theory that is revolutionising our approach to supporting mental and physical health on a global scale.
